I followed your instructions to the T. I thought that I could just snap the housing up with out removing the clips from the overhead, but your idea of taking the clips down was hard to do but made it and easy and neat job when reassembling the housing. I now have one extra bulb for when another dome light goes out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1271879804911490046.post-90858850619552079722013-12-29T16:37:11.358-06:002013-12-29T16:37:11.358-06:00Thanks very much for the info on how to do this......Thanks very much for the info on how to do this...however how do you replace the same thing on the back seat overhead console? I thought I was going to have to replace the whole light assembly, but it ended up just being a slight switch problem that I was able to work around. It was fun being able to play with the light assembly while also avoiding buying any parts.

We had even more wiring fun just a couple of weeks later fixing the wire harness to my tail light after Joe accidentally drilled a hole in it. In his defense, I'm the one that goaded him into helping me install a mesh trunk net, so I sort of brought it upon myself. ;-PJeremy Beachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03846504465586562069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1271879804911490046.post-46586474390279744922012-04-08T21:20:58.769-05:002012-04-08T21:20:58.769-05:00Definitely one thing very clever!
